MRI Results

Mom called me to tell me the results of dad's MRI. The neurosurgeon said everything looks great but the brain is slightly "deflated" (that was the word mom used). He said that the reason it looks this way is because of the lumbar drain that had been in. He said he isn't concerned about dad's mental abilities. He is pretty confident that within a couple of days, dad should be much sharper mentally. Mom was so so grateful for this news. She said "even if his legs have partial paralysis for the rest of his life, if he has his mind, everything will be much better."
